Customer Protections

Customers have the option to use either PayPal or Square as the credit card processor for online purchases. Both processors act as the intermediary for online payments and customers' credit card companies.

PayPal and Square comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). This standard is an additional level of protection for cardholder data to reduce credit card fraud.

Customers credit card information is not shared by PayPal and Square with us.

Returns and Refunds

If you are not happy with your purchase, simply send it back within 14 calendar days from the date you received it.

Contact us by email to let us know that you are returning a purchase. Address your email to mtwong1048@att.net. Provide your name, address, and item(s) that will be returned.

Include the receipt or proof of purchase with the returned item(s).

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item(s).

If your item is unused and in the same condition that you received it, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You should receive the credit in 5 to 10 day, depending on your credit card issuer's policies. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

This website provides various places for customers to provide information. We collect only information that customer provides when filling out contact form, signing up for email, and ordering products.

We use information you provide to deliver the ordered product(s) and to notify you on offers, promotions, and information updates.

For email correspondence, we keep email messages with email address and our responses. We keep email addresses confidential.

We do not sell, rent, lease, or transfer any information collected.
